These terms and conditions govern the provision of crystal therapy services by Elysa Chan, a licensed crystal therapist. By booking and receiving crystal therapy sessions, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1. The Therapist will provide crystal therapy sessions to the Client, which may include the use of crystals, gemstones, energy work, and holistic healing techniques.

1.2. Crystal therapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. The Therapist does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical or psychological concerns.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1. Client agrees to pay the Therapist’s fees as specified during the booking process. There will be a $30 deposit fee due at booking that will go towards your session. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

2.2. Payment is due at the time of the session. The Therapist may accept cash or electronic payment methods, as agreed upon.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

3.1. Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Client agrees to arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

3.2. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $30.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. The Therapist will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during sessions, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to the Client or others.

5. Consent

5.1. By booking a session, the Client gives consent for the Therapist to use crystals and other healing modalities as part of the therapy.

5.2. The Client acknowledges that crystal therapy may involve physical contact, and they consent to such contact during the session.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. The Client agrees to behave respectfully and professionally during sessions and to respect the Therapist’s code of conduct.

6.2. The Therapist reserves the right to terminate a session if the Client’s behavior is disruptive or disrespectful.

7. Liability

7.1. The Therapist is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or any other negative consequences that may result from the Client’s participation in crystal therapy.

8. Records and Data Protection

8.1. The Therapist may keep records of the sessions for reference and session improvement. Client data will be kept confidential and stored securely.

9. Feedback and Testimonials

9.1. The Client may be asked for feedback or testimonials regarding their sessions. Client testimonials may be used for marketing purposes, with the Client’s consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

11. Amendment and Termination

11.1. The Therapist reserves the right to amend these Terms with prior notice.

11.2. Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time for any reason.

By booking and attending a session, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
